September 26th, same time, same place, we'll "shake out" the scarves we started over Labor Day. Some of the plants we've grown need a little more processing, so we'll be demonstrating vat dyeing with plant materials we've turned into liquid dyes. We invite you to watch, ask questions and enjoy the additional color in the garden. Note: this is not a make and take event. There will, again, be instructor-dyed scarves for sale; proceeds will benefit the Herb & Dye section of The Garden Door.
