Door and Kewaunee counties have rich numismatic histories. This course will introduce numismatics (the study and collecting of coins, medals, tokens, paper money, financial documents, etc.) and travel through Door and Kewaunee counties illustrating the tokens, medals, scrip and other fiscal items issued there. Participants are encouraged to bring items to discuss.
