011 Art Mindfulness

This course introduces art-making as a form of mindfulness practice. Participants will learn how simple creative exercises can quiet the mind, improve focus, and support emotional well-being.
This course includes a brief explanation of the mind-body connection, followed by a guided art experience and optional reflection. We’ll explore how creativity can become a steady, enjoyable practice—regardless of artistic background. No experience in art or meditation is required.
