117 Trash, Recycling, and Composting

Steve and Mike will describe the garbage and recycling process. GFL and the city both have trash and recycling trucks and follow the same requirements for recycling. The major difference is scheduling. I will then explain our composting process start to finish and let folks know what can be composted at our municipal site.
