To do this, the class will examine his foreign policy credentials, his by today’s standards liberal domestic policy, and his character as demonstrated through his campaign style, and ask the question what if there had been no Watergate?

But there was Watergate, and all three aspects of his career will be studied to seek to find RMN’s place in American history.
