This class is back again in time for holiday gift-making! Make a delicious candy for yourself or to give away at the holidays. Participants will learn how to do this in their home kitchen without fancy tools or ingredients. Easy Peasy! Everyone will leave with about ½ pound sample of toffee plus tips for other treats that can be made any time of year. DCLIR and NWTC staff receive the rest! Since space is limited and this is a hands-on class, we ask prior participants to kindly let new people have a chance. If you have questions, we are happy to answer them.
