Let’s spend two afternoons looking at the free apps in Google. We will explore photos, translate, travel, maps, earth, arts and culture, shopping, news, calendar, finance, docs, sheets, and more. We will briefly touch on Google Classroom; in case you have family members in school. If you are using a laptop, there is no need to download these apps. They are built into Google. If you are using your phone or tablet, you’ll need to download each of the apps separately from the App Store or Google Play before or during class. We will explain how to do this during the first class.
