Learn the basics of dough preparation and pizza making and baking in a genuine outdoor brick oven. Participants will eat the results of their efforts. $5.00 cost for materials includes homemade dough and a selection of pizza toppings. There will not be a gluten free option. Class held rain or shine at the instructors’ residence in Brussels.
