112 Wellness in Retirement

In this series, participants will engage in four sessions focused on healthy lifestyle behaviors during retirement. The sessions are designed to both provide information, while fostering personal reflection on lifestyle wellness habits. Based on current research on the power of healthy behaviors to reduce and prevent symptoms of chronic diseases, four sessions will provide focus for individual contemplation regarding future healthy choices. The sessions include Session 1-Healthy Nutrition; Session 2-Practical Physical Activity; Session 3-Mindfulness for Wellness; and Session 4-Lifestyle Factors for Health and Wellness. The goal is for participants to reflect on their own healthy behaviors and note ideas for positive change in their wellness journey.
