092 Sourdough Bread Baking

Pat’s fascination with all things culinary led her to delve into the world of sourdough bread baking. She will share techniques she has developed in her own kitchen and make suggestions for variations in flavor. The class will feed a sourdough starter, mix and set to rise a loaf of bread, learn techniques for baking in a cast iron pot, and of course we will also sample a freshly baked loaf. Ideas for using excess starter and other recipes will be shared.
