089 Seed Saving 101-How to Get Started
In-Person | Registration opens 1/8/2025 9:00 AM CST
Have you ever wanted to save your garden seeds but didn’t know where to begin? Door County Seed Library co-founder Penne Wilson will explain why saving and sharing seeds is essential to sustainable and healthy communities. You’ll learn how to ID which seeds to save, when to harvest, methods of saving them with supplies you already have, and how to store the seeds until it’s time to plant. Plus, you’ll have the opportunity to take home an array of seeds to plant in the spring to start your seed-saving journey at home.
