In this online (Zoom) class, students will learn how to sketch a map of the continents of the world using easy-to-remember shapes and points. We will consider the importance of place and belonging and how they contribute to a sense of peace and safety. Using the maps as our base, students will learn four mindfulness techniques that can be practiced at any time.

  • • Suggested ages 11-16
  • Materials required: plain paper, pencil, eraser, crayons/colored pencils/markers, etc.
