Chris teaches with a fun and relaxed style. Each day there will be demonstrations and lots of one-on-one instruction. This workshop will focus on the process of creating a watercolor painting. He will speak in-depth about devising a plan for success with your painting; the importance of drawing, design and brushwork; simplifying and improving color mixing (no more muddy watercolors) and how to get dynamic value relationships.

  • $100 deposit will reserve a spot in the workshop. Full registration fee is due no later than September 15, 2020. Deposits will be refunded if cancelation is received by September 15. If you need to cancel after September 15 registration fee will be refunded, less $25 fee, only if we were able to fill your space.

Christopher Leeper is a full time artist from Canton, Ohio. He is the author of "Realism in WaterMedia Northern Light". He has illustrated four children's books for the Smithsonian and African Wildlife Foundation.
